These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Myvo — the Myvo mobile application, associated websites or features, and our backend services. Sections 1–15 reproduce our Privacy Policy in full.

1. Who we are

Myvo is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

To provide cloud sync, itineraries, collaborative features, and account management; send transactional emails; deliver push notifications; operate and secure our infrastructure; validate subscriptions; generate personalized travel suggestions using AI; comply with law.

5. AI & automated processing

The app uses Google Gemini AI for travel recommendations and itinerary generation. Travel preferences and destination content you submit may be transmitted to Google for processing. Google's privacy practices apply.

6. Maps, places search & other Google APIs

The app communicates with Google services (Places, Maps endpoints) when searching for places, attractions, opening hours, or photos.

7. Sign-in

We provide email and password authentication. Where you use Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple, the respective provider's privacy terms apply.

8. Sharing & processors

We do not sell your personal information. Providers we rely on: Supabase (database storage), Fly.io (application hosting), Mailjet (email), Google (AI and Maps/Places), Apple (subscription processing via StoreKit).

9. International transfers

EU customer data via Supabase and Fly.io is hosted in EU locations as configured. Some processing (Google AI, CDN) may occur outside your country.

10. Legal bases (EEA / UK)

Contract, Consent, Legitimate Interests, Legal Obligation.

11. Retention & deletion

You may delete your account and all associated data from within the app's settings. Account deletion is permanent.

12. Security

We implement encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring.

13. Your rights

You may have rights including access, rectification, deletion, portability, and objection. Contact hello@myvoapp.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (e.g., AEPD in Spain).

14. Cookies & similar technologies

Related web properties may use cookies for reliability, security, and basic analytics.

15. Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes appear with a revised "Last updated" date.
